Constance L. Kizzie-Gillett, EML

Constance L. Kizzie-Gillett is a systems architect, public health leader, and founder of Crown Under Crown™.

Her work focuses on institutional readiness for cognitive vulnerability across healthcare, community systems, and built environments. She is the architect of Dignity-Centered Systems Readiness, a framework designed to help organizations recognize early signals of vulnerability and respond before crises escalate.

Her research and leadership bridge caregiving experience, public health advocacy, and institutional design.

She is:

• Community Faculty Member at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science

• Institutional Review Board Voting Member

• Research partner in the PCORI-funded EMPallA study

• Founder of caregiver and readiness initiatives including Lillie’s Circle of Care and CROWN UNDER CROWN
